Our state-of-the-art powder coating process utilizes 16 automatic paint guns and a 5-stage wash booth to give you a tough, consistent, yet attractive finish. Depend on MTP to make it convenient and affordable as well.

What is Powder Coating?

Powder coating is a highly durable and aesthetically pleasing alternative to traditional wet paint.

In this process:

  1. Electrostatically charged solid particles of coating are carried by low velocity air to the surface of the piece to be coated.
  2. The electrostatic charge holds the powder particles in place while the part is cured in a 400-degree oven.
  3. The heat of the oven causes a chemical reaction to occur and the powder to cure.

All colors are available. Maximum part size for painting is 14x4x6 feet (LxWxH). If you need to repaint an existing item, our burn-off oven is also available to you.
